Abcense and Course Progress Policy
Training at Above Education is designed to be self-paced and fully online, allowing candidates the flexibility to learn at their own speed while still adhering to a structured progress schedule. This ensures that all participants can effectively manage their time and achieve their learning objectives within the allotted six-month access period.
Progress Requirements
To successfully complete the course, candidates must make consistent progress, achieving 15% completion each month until 90% of the course is finished. This steady progress is crucial for maintaining engagement and ensuring comprehensive understanding of the course material.
Monthly Progress Milestones:
Month One: 15% completion
Month Two: 30% completion
Month Three: 45% completion
Month Four: 60% completion
Month Five: 75% completion
Month Six: 90% completion
Coordination with Instructors
If a candidate is unable to meet the scheduled progress milestones, it is essential to coordinate with an instructor. The instructor can help develop a customized plan to meet the goals on time or discuss options for extending the course duration. This proactive approach helps prevent falling behind and ensures that candidates receive the support they need to succeed.
Consequences for Lack of Progress
Maintaining the required progress is vital for staying enrolled in the program. Below are the consequences for failing to meet the progress requirements:
One-Month Absence:

Action: The candidate must pay a no-show fee of $245 to regain access to the course room and continue their training.
Benefits of Adhering to Progress Policies
By adhering to these progress policies, candidates can ensure a structured and effective learning experience. Regular progress helps maintain momentum, enhances retention of the material, and ensures timely completion of the course. It also allows candidates to fully benefit from the resources and support provided by Above Education.

Transcripts & Grading Policy
Candidates who complete 100% or more of their online training courses will be granted a certificate of completion, signifying their dedication and achievement in the program. Those who successfully pass their exams will receive certifications from both the credentialing body and Above Education, recognizing their proficiency and expertise.
Proof of Completion:
If required, proof of course completion can be sent directly to funding sources, ensuring compliance with sponsorship or scholarship requirements.
Third parties can verify credentials on our website, adding an extra layer of validation and credibility to the certifications.
Transcript Requests:
PDF certificates will be sent to third parties only if requested by the candidate. Requests for certificates can be submitted to support@aboveeducation.org or via our transfer request form.
Grading Policy
Above Education employs a three-tier grading system to provide clear and objective feedback on student progress:
Pass:
This grade is awarded to students who meet all course requirements and demonstrate sufficient understanding of the material.
Students with a "Pass" grade have successfully completed all necessary assignments, exams, and other course requirements to a satisfactory level.
Fail:
This grade is given to students who do not meet the course requirements or fail to demonstrate sufficient understanding of the material.
A "Fail" grade indicates that the student has not completed the necessary assignments, exams, or other course requirements satisfactorily.
Incomplete:
This grade is assigned to students who have not completed all necessary course requirements by the end of the term due to circumstances beyond their control (e.g., illness, family emergency).
Students with an "Incomplete" must finish the missing coursework by a designated deadline to receive a final grade of "Pass" or "Fail."
Failed Exam Policy
Candidates who do not pass their initial exam can retake it, with a re-examination fee set at 65% of the original certification exam cost. Above Education offers a TAKE2 initiative, allowing a free retake after the first failed exam, providing an additional opportunity for candidates to achieve certification without incurring extra costs.
Withdrawal, Dismissal & Reentry Policies
Withdrawal
Withdrawal Process:
Before Course Access: Candidates may withdraw from a course up to 72 hours before gaining access to the course room without incurring any penalties. This allows for flexibility in case of changes in schedule or unforeseen circumstances.
After Course Access: Withdrawals after the 72-hour period will result in the issuance of a certificate of withdrawal, which will note the progress made up to the point of withdrawal. This ensures that any effort put into the course is formally recognized. Applicable fees may apply unless there are extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other significant personal issues. These circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Extenuating Circumstances:
In cases of serious personal issues, such as health problems or family emergencies, candidates can appeal for a waiver of the withdrawal fees. Appeals should be submitted with appropriate documentation to support@aboveeducation.org for consideration.
Dismissal
Grounds for Dismissal:
Academic Integrity Violations: Candidates may be dismissed for violations such as cheating, plagiarism, or any other form of dishonest behavior that undermines the integrity of the educational process. Maintaining academic integrity is crucial for ensuring a fair and effective learning environment.
Unsatisfactory Progress: Candidates who fail to make satisfactory progress as outlined in the Absences & Course Progress Policies may also face dismissal. This ensures that all participants are committed to their educational journey and are making the necessary effort to succeed.
Reentry After Dismissal:
Dismissed candidates can apply for reentry on a case-by-case basis by contacting support@aboveeducation.org. Each application will be reviewed individually to ensure fairness and adherence to institutional policies. Factors considered may include the reasons for dismissal, any corrective actions taken by the candidate, and their commitment to meeting the program requirements going forward.
Reentry
Eligibility for Reentry:
Candidates who have withdrawn or been dismissed can reenter the program if they remain in good standing, meaning they have no outstanding fines or fees. This policy ensures that candidates are financially and administratively prepared to re-engage in their studies.
Reentry Process:
For Withdrawn Candidates: Candidates who have voluntarily withdrawn and wish to reenter the program must contact support@aboveeducation.org to begin the reentry process. These candidates typically face fewer barriers to reentry, provided they are in good standing.
For Dismissed Candidates: Reentry for dismissed candidates is more stringent and is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Dismissed candidates must demonstrate that they have addressed the issues that led to their dismissal. This may involve providing evidence of improved behavior, completing additional preparatory work, or other measures as deemed necessary by the review committee.
Individual Consideration:
Each application for reentry will be individually reviewed to ensure fairness. The review process will consider the specific circumstances of the withdrawal or dismissal, any corrective actions taken by the candidate, and their readiness to adhere to program requirements. This personalized approach helps ensure that candidates who are reentering are set up for success.
Maintaining Good Standing:
To be eligible for reentry, candidates must resolve any outstanding issues, such as unpaid fines or incomplete coursework. Being in good standing indicates that the candidate is prepared to fully commit to their education and meet all program expectations.
By clearly outlining these policies, Above Education aims to provide a structured yet flexible framework that supports the academic success and integrity of all participants.
For any questions or assistance regarding withdrawal, dismissal, or reentry, candidates are encouraged to contact support@aboveeducation.org. Our support team is dedicated to helping candidates navigate these processes and continue their educational journey with confidence.
